Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Plans

ClockHustle offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required.

2. Free Trial

We offer a free tier that allows you to explore ClockHustle's core features at no cost. No credit card is required to use the free tier. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time to access premium features.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • You will retain access to premium features until your subscription expires
  • Your account will automatically revert to the free tier after expiration

4. Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with ClockHustle. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund, no questions asked
  • After 7 days: Pro-rated refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Annual subscriptions: Eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase

5. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated refund requests)
  • Requests made after the eligible refund period has expired

6. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

7. Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price changes. Your current subscription rate will be honored until the end of your billing cycle.
